Fadel Jaoui

Dr. Fadel Jaoui is an Advisor at the Ministry of Investment of the United Arab Emirates. He is a seasoned economist, and former investment banker, with a distinctive track record in macroeconomic policy, strategy, capital markets, impact investing and venture finance. He held positions in a number of international financial institutions, notably the African Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the International Monetary Fund. He started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London.

He holds an M.Phil. and PhD in Economics from Oxford University, as well as an M.A. from Columbia University and BSc. from the London School of Economics.
