Shaunak is a third-year undergraduate student at NYU Abu Dhabi, majoring in Economics. Having grown up in Dubai, he is interested in seeing how the growing facets of business and venture capital can positively impact the development of the region. He has worked as a Summer Analyst at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group in Dubai, and as a Student Consultant for the UN Joint SDG Fund in New York City. Shaunak also loves all kinds of sports (particularly football and basketball), reading, and film.
