Khoa Tran is a senior student at NYU Abu Dhabi. His research & entrepreneurial goals revolve around building a cross-national framework for an impact investing ecosystem that effectively fosters impact-driven start-ups in emerging economies. He has a research background in Population Health, Entrepreneurship, and Law with academics from Stanfords, Cambridge to NYU Abu Dhabi. Khoa is also a co-founder of two educational enterprises, managing 80 employees and providing services for 600+ students across 21 countries. Before coming to The Transition Investment Lab, he worked as a mergers and acquisitions consulting intern at Ernst and Young (EY) and a legal intern at Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), concentrating on investment conflicts and resolutions.
