Antonio is the Executive Director of Risk Management and Resilience at ADQ, where he leads efforts to strengthen enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, bolster organizational resilience, and drive ESG integration across the portfolio.

Previously, he served as Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Mubadala Investment Company, focusing on portfolio and investment risk, as well as ESG management and stewardship.

Before joining Mubadala, Antonio was Managing Director of risk consulting at AON, one of the world’s leading risk advisory firms. Prior to that, he led the sustainability and risk practice at DNV (Det Norske Veritas), a global advisory and assurance firm.

He has advised across a wide range of industries in the Middle East, UK, Scandinavia, mainland Europe, the US, Russia, China, Latin America, Africa, and India.

Antonio holds academic qualifications in environmental science, business management, and finance from the University of London, King’s College London, Durham University, and the University of California at Berkeley.

He is a passionate advocate of sustainability and innovation.
