Naisha Rajani is an undergraduate student at New York University Abu Dhabi, pursuing a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Political Science. She is interested in how sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors allocate capital, and how macroeconomic and political conditions shape those decisions. At the Transition Investment Lab, she works as a Research Assistant, tracking sovereign wealth fund investment activity across two years and building a database of over 100 investments categorised by IRIS+ theme. She also reviewed over 25 deals in the validation of the ImpactX AI impact-scoring model. Naisha leads the 18-person NYU Abu Dhabi Student Investment Fund. In summer 2026, she worked as an investment banking analyst intern at Apolonia Capital, a Dubai based advisory firm focused on cross-border M&A and capital raising.
